My work, in the open.

Every peer-reviewed paper and article I have written, in one place. Read the actual science.

I talk a lot about reading the body's earliest signals. This is where that came from.

For years, in a lab, I studied the exact messengers your cells use to talk to one another, the extracellular vesicles and exosomes at the center of everything we do here. It was slow, unglamorous, careful work, the kind nobody sees. Here it is anyway, with my name on it, alongside the articles I have written since for the people who wanted the science in plain language.

Nothing hidden. Read it yourself.
