First, what is a bioenergetic scan?
At the well place, Dr. Kaylan uses the Qest4 system as one part of a personal wellness review. Qest4 belongs to a complementary practice called bioenergetic testing. Its manufacturer describes the system as presenting digital signatures and recording responses through its software.
Think of the report as material to discuss with your practitioner. A label on that report is not, by itself, proof that you have a deficiency, a hormone imbalance, a food allergy, or a disease.
What happens during a session?
We begin with you. Bring your questions, your wellness goals, and the context of your daily life.
We explain the scan. The Qest4 system uses handheld electrodes for an in-person session. The collection process for a remote package is different; review the package details before choosing.
We make room for understanding. Your review connects the report with a conversation about your goals. Depending on the offer, this may be a live consultation or a recorded interpretation you can revisit.
What can a report tell me?
The software uses its own categories and signature library. Those categories are not the same as measuring the amount of a substance in your blood or checking a gene. Qest4 is not a genetic test, and its manufacturer describes it as a wellness tool rather than a diagnostic device.
There is not established evidence that these readings reliably diagnose disease or identify the cause of symptoms. Keep medical testing and clinical care in place when you need them.
Why include guidance?
A report should come with a conversation. We take time to explain the language, hear what matters to you, and discuss manageable next steps in your daily routine. You can ask what a recommendation is based on and how you will know whether it is helping.
